Assurant inc is a global provider of risk management products and services. Its businesses provide a diverse set of specialty and niche-market insurance products within the property, casualty, and extended device protection. The project goal was to deliver an interactive, high-fidelity prototype that thoroughly explores global navigation and cross sales opportunities informed by user research and business objectives. This navigation UI was implemented on top of several end user applications that support purchase of new insurance products, service existing policies, get support and file claims on insured items. Our final deliverable increased brand awareness, product retention, and sales for the company.
